You will bring strategic thinking and hands-on writing skills to a small, fast-moving team, collaborating with product, design, and growth to ensure consistent messaging and effective content performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content strategy or related writing roles.
• Strong portfolio across formats and channels.
• Experience translating complex product features into simple, benefit-driven messaging.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams including product, design, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content strategy across the website, in-product copy, and marketing channels.
• Write and edit clear, persuasive copy for landing pages, feature announcements, and campaigns.
• Partner with product and design teams to ensure in-app messaging is consistent and easy to understand.
• Plan and maintain an editorial calendar for blog posts, email, and social content.
• Use performance data and user feedback to refine messaging and improve content effectiveness.
• Establish and document tone-of-voice and style guidelines for the company.
