Momentive Technologies is seeking a Product Manager to work with the Global Business Director to drive the ceramics business strategy, top-line growth, and P/L responsibility for the Thermal Management product line. You will lead pricing, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with production, procurement, quality, and sales teams.

The role emphasizes market insights, customer collaboration, and KPI development, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, operations management or business; 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
• Self-motivated, ability to work with a wide breadth of stakeholders and drive projects with internal teams and target customers
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Track record of successful development and implementation of a business strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the 5-year revenue and business strategy for Ceramics Powders and Shapes
• Lead day-to-day activities to address business, production, procurement, quality and supply chain challenges
• Establish and execute pricing strategy for product portfolios
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Grow product line using insights and market trends
• Maintain relationships with customers, leadership, supply chain, sales, finance and production
• Provide technical guidance to customers and partners
• Generate sales collateral and participate in promotions
• Develop business KPIs to measure performance
• Support revenue pipeline process with the product line team

Product Manager

The Product Manager will work with the Global Business Director on developing and executing our ceramics business strategy, top‑line growth and P/L responsibility for products within the Thermal Management product line.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and communicate the 5-year revenue and business strategy for the Ceramics Powders and Shapes business.
• Assist in the management and leading of day-to-day activities to address business, production, procurement, qualityand supply chain challenges.
• Establish and execute the pricing strategy for the product portfolios.
• Help to Manage the entire product lifecycle, from product concept and design to production and post-launch activities, including product enhancements, updates, and end-of-life strategies.
• Responsible for product line growth using product development, customer insights, and market trends.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including customers, business leadership, supply chain, sales, finance and production organizations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Generate sales collateral such as product presentations, competitor benchmarking and value proposition guides.
• Participate in product promotion activities with relevant marketing channels.
• Develop business KPI’s to measure business performance.
• Assist in leading the revenue pipeline process in coordination with the Thermal Management product line team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, operations management or business 5+ years of experience in an industrial setting
• Self-motivated, ability to work with a wide breadth of stakeholders and drive projects with internal teams and target customers
• Strong technical problem-solving skills
• Track record of successful development and implementation of a business strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Ceramics Manufacturing, Thermal Management or Semiconductor market
• 2+ years’ experience in a previous product line manager or sales role
• Knowledge of ceramic powder and shape markets
• Prior experience utilizing the SAP ERP platform
• Project management skills
• MBA is a plus
