You’ll define the product roadmap, embodying the highest standards of user experience and design. You’ll embrace the future by working in an AI‑forward, rapidly iterative environment. You’ll work cross‑functionally with engineering, DevOps, operations, compliance, and data teams to deliver high‑impact, scalable solutions. This is an individual contributor role with strategic visibility and deep involvement in defining the long‑term product roadmap for an established global user base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Growth & Optimization: Define and own the Seeking core experience roadmap to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • User Experience Excellence: Set a relentlessly high bar for elegant, intuitive UX, guiding feature development from concept to pixel‑perfect delivery.
  • Insight‑Driven Innovation: Synthesize competitor analysis, surveys, behavioral data, and industry trends to identify high‑leverage opportunities.
  • AI‑Augmented Workflow: Integrate AI‑assisted tooling across discovery, design, and execution to supercharge velocity and quality.
  • Requirements & Delivery: Translate strategy into crisp, detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria that enable fast, high‑quality development.
  • Data‑Backed Decisions: Instrument product data points and make data‑informed decisions, articulating rationale and trade‑offs with evidence.
  • Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design, run, and interpret experiments to improve engagement, conversion, and overall product health.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Surface product risks, coordinate fixes, and minimize user impact.
  • Feature Communication: Coordinate launches and communicate changes clearly to users and internal stakeholders.
  • Voice of the Customer: Advocate for user needs at every step, ensuring decisions reflect real customer pain and delight.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly with Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver features on time and to spec.
  • Metrics & Accountability: Define and own success metrics, instrument product datapoints, and make data‑informed decisions.
  • Internal Evangelism: Champion Seeking’s product wins by celebrating impact, sharing learnings, and keeping teams informed on progress.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven Mobile PM Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a role focused on native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) in a B2C industry.
  • Demonstrable Growth Track Record: A proven, referenceable history of growing or launching mobile products and features that have driven significant, measurable growth in user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Obsessive Design & UX Standards: An eye for beautiful UI and a deep‑seeded intrinsic high bar for UX.
  • Data‑Driven Conviction: Deep fluency with data and mobile analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase).
  • Technical Fluency: Able to translate strategy into concise and complete PRDs and acceptance criteria. You understand APIs, data schemas, and platform constraints.
  • Flawless Technical Communication: Ability to write exceptionally clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that leave no room for ambiguity.
  • AI‑Forward Mindset: Curiosity and excitement for practical AI tools. You are actively looking for ways to integrate AI into your workflow to build better products, faster.
  • Customer Empathy: Regularly engages users, synthesizes feedback, and turns insights into roadmap bets.
  • Metrics Ownership: Defines North Star and input metrics. Instruments, monitors, and acts on dashboards to drive outcomes.
  • High‑Agency & Proactivity: A true "owner" / "entrepreneurial" mindset. You are proactive, self‑sufficient, and relentless in driving innovation and pushing projects to completion with excellence.
