Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Product Manager
Title: Product Manager
Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2
Duration: 13+ months
Locations: Concord, CA ; San Francisco, CA ;Charlotte,NC and NYC,NY
As a Product Manager, you will:

• Drive operational efficiency and streamline processes across digital banking products and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT partners, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.
• Lead initiatives to improve product workflows and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft SharePoint to manage product development and operations.
• Leverage strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions and continuously improve user and system performance.
• Support project management efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in product operations, product management, or related roles in the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and platforms.
• Proven experience optimizing processes and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with Jira ,Confluence and Microsoft SharePoint .Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid grasp of regulatory compliance frameworks within financial institutions.
• Foundational understanding of web technologies, including server and client topology (e.g., APIs, CDNs, browsers, OS, cookies).
• Exposure to codebases such as HTML, CSS, and React is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*:Between $55-- 65per hour>
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
