The Company

At Bigeye, our mission is to make enterprise data trustworthy by default.

The Company

At Bigeye, our mission is to make enterprise data trustworthy by default.

As AI transforms how teams build, deploy, and scale data-driven products, trust in the underlying data is more critical than ever. We’re evolving the Bigeye platform to meet this moment—empowering data and AI teams with the reliability, observability, and control they need to build confidently in the AI era. Whether you’re an analyst, data scientist, or AI engineer, Bigeye is your trusted foundation for next-generation data products.

Bigeye is backed by leading investors like Sequoia, Coatue, and Costanoa and trusted by top enterprise organizations such as USAA, Zoom, Hertz, Cisco and Freedom Mortgage to ensure the data powering their business stays reliable by default.

The Role

You’ll research, prioritize, plan, and launch key workflows and features in Bigeye's enterprise data observability platform. You will ship market-defining innovations by leveraging your existing expertise in the enterprise data space, your ability to assess a competitive market and identify gaps and opportunities within it, and your knack for gathering and integrating feedback from both our customers. Your product enhancements will change the game for our customers by enabling them to create trust in their analytics, data products, machine learning, and AI applications.

The Team

You’ll be joining a powerhouse team of product designers and software engineers from companies like Uber, Amazon, ServiceNow, IBM, Snowflake, and other leaders in their categories. This team is defining the data observability landscape for the enterprise segment with class-leading design, scalability, performance, and innovation. We closely partner with our sales, sales and solutions engineering, and customer success teams to bring the platform to market and ensure our clients achieve great results.

The Work

  • Identify high impact product opportunities based on market research, customer interviews, and other inputs to ensure we’re laser focused on the work that will help our customers achieve great results faster, easier, and more consistently.
  • Ensure the reliable execution and delivery of product features and improvements by coordinating with your engineering, design, machine learning teammates while creating awareness across the company of progress, obstacles, and successes.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to bring your product improvements to market, validate their impact in the real world, and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Constantly seek real results through qualitative and quantitative methods to validate that we’ve built what customers need, and relentlessly push to achieve customer success regardless of prior conceptions or beliefs.
  • Report to Bigeye’s co-founder and Chief Product Officer alongside peers in product design and product management.

What You Bring

  • 4-6 years of software product management experience building SaaS data products.
  • Working experience in data engineering, governance, or analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate goals, timelines, decisions, and tradeoffs to keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
  • Experience launching new products and features, enabling marketing, sales, and support to help make clients successful.
  • A solid understanding of engineering concepts that allows you to work closely with engineers and your engineering manager counterpart to assess tradeoffs and opportunities.
  • A love for thoughtful design and a focus on user experiences that make customer’s workflows feel seamless and simple.
  • A spirit of autonomy and a bias to action that leads you to seek out and tackle exciting problems, not shy away from them.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience building in an enterprise-oriented company.
  • Experience working in a remote-first team.
  • Working knowledge of agents, MCP, and other emerging concepts in the AI space.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary and equity opportunity
  • Medical, Dental and Vision to keep you healthy
  • Health and Wellness package
  • 401k plan to help you save for the future
  • Unlimited PTO to have fun
  • Receive an elite technology package to make work easier

Compensation

  • Salary range $150,000-160,000, depending on location
