Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our product strategy and delivering key initiatives on our ambitious roadmap. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you’ll work to develop solutions that enhance the user experience and solve complex logistics challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Execution: Define and execute product strategy, identifying opportunities and prioritizing features that align with market needs and business goals.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct customer interviews and user research, along with data analysis, to understand customer pain points and validate product concepts.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide development and ensure clear alignment with objectives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to bring features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality user experience.
  • User Testing & Iteration: Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate to continuously improve the product.
  • Roadmap Management: Manage multiple product initiatives, ensuring projects are on track and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup or tech‑driven environment.
  • Educational Background: BA/BS in a relevant field; a technical background is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to present and advocate product decisions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Execution & Organization: Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology, UX principles, and a commitment to leveraging best practices.
