Job summary

Angove Partners partners with a high-growth insurtech platform to automate quoting, policy administration, and claims workflows. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-scoped product requirements.
• Comfortable working directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and feasibility.
• Data-driven prioritization and measurement of product success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Natural collaborator who can align Sales, Engineering, Design, and Compliance around a shared roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for a core area of the platform from discovery through launch.
• Partner with engineering and design to translate customer and market needs into shipped features.
• Talk directly with carrier and MGA customers to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.
• Define and track success metrics, using data to prioritize what gets built next.
• Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build against.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance to ensure new features meet real customer and regulatory needs.
• Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and launches clearly to both internal stakeholders and customers.

It's an exciting time to join as the business is scaling quickly and this Product Manager will own a core part of the platform end to end, working closely with engineering, design, and customers to shape the roadmap and ship features that carriers and MGAs rely on every day.

What You'll Do
