Job description

Location: Jersey City, United States (Hybrid)

Hybrid| Full-time

Compensation: $140K - $180K

Our client is an innovative financial technology and digital asset infrastructure provider backed by world‑class venture investors, including Paradigm and Dragonfly. Driven by a mission to transform how capital moves globally, the organization is pioneering next‑generation financial architecture to ensure digital dollars serve as a trusted, accessible, and programmable public good. They develop full‑service platforms and advanced stablecoin stacks designed to make issuing, managing, and integrating digital currencies seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutional partners worldwide.

Our client is seeking a talented Product Manager to take full ownership of a meaningful portion of the primary product surface and drive it forward independently. In this role, the successful candidate will establish product strategy, author technical specifications, collaborate directly with engineering to ship features, and continuously evaluate customer metrics to determine subsequent iterations. The product audience consists of developers, fintech platforms, and institutions integrating core API infrastructure and settlement layers into their tech stacks. The position requires a deep technical curiosity, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to partner effectively with business development teams on strategic enterprise accounts where technical product refinement directly intersects with revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Execution: Establish the long‑term roadmap for assigned product areas, translate abstract client challenges into precise technical specifications, and manage the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle alongside engineering teams.
  • Client Research & Insights: Interface directly with prospective and active institutional clients, fintech platforms, and developers to capture product feedback, diagnose API integration friction points, and close gaps between current product functionality and real‑world utility.
  • Data‑Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze user journeys, construct conversion funnels, execute custom queries to pinpoint user drop‑off points, and define core metrics to evaluate whether shipped features achieved their intended outcomes.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with the Business Development team to support strategic enterprise accounts, aligning technical product capabilities with high‑value commercial milestones and ecosystem growth.
  • Operational Innovation: Integrate modern AI workflows, automated evaluation models, and internal tooling to optimize product cycles and drive efficiency in development frameworks.
Qualifications
  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years of formal product management experience directly concentrated within stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or high‑scale fintech systems.
  • Exceptional UX Craft: A sophisticated eye for product design and user flows, possessing the capability to differentiate between a workflow that merely functions and one that offers an exceptional, friction‑free user experience.
  • High Autonomy & Ownership: Proven capability to identify systemic ambiguities or product deficiencies and navigate them independently to a shipped solution without requiring external scaffolding, rigid supervision, or excessive direction.
  • Measurable Outcomes: A documented track record of instrumenting user funnels, analyzing operational drop‑offs, executing deliberate product interventions, and driving measurable metric improvements.
  • Advanced Analytical Instincts: Mastery in sourcing data independently, synthesizing complex information, and defining customized metrics to guide rigorous product prioritization.
  • Technical & API Literacy: Complete comfort executing within deeply technical and API‑driven environments, including the ability to reason critically about API design, read technical documentation, and collaborate authoritatively with infrastructure engineers on architecture decisions.
  • AI Fluency: Active utilization of advanced AI tools to build prototypes, run evaluations, or engineer internal automations, accompanied by a structured, sharp perspective on AI utility boundaries.
Benefits
  • Competitive Compensation: Highly attractive base salary aligned with market premiums for high‑performance financial technology talent, complemented by equity/incentive structures.
  • Venture Backing: The opportunity to build within a financially resilient infrastructure provider anchored by top‑tier global web3 investors.
  • High‑Impact Ownership: Direct accountability over foundational financial rails, operating within a lean, ego‑free team structure that values merit, clear thinking, and execution speed.
  • Flexible Environment: Remote‑first operational flexibility supported by comprehensive tools, resources, and a talented global peer network.
