Our client is seeking an experienced Product Managerto help drive the continued development of a next-generation DLT platform supporting complex alternative investment data workflows.

This is a highly technical Product Management role sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, data, business stakeholders, and clients. You will help define the product roadmap while owning strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, with a particular focus on data models, APIs, integrations, and scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Product Manager who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, understands complex data-driven systems, and can translate business challenges into clear technical requirements. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence technology initiatives with broad organizational and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product initiatives from ideation and requirements gathering through development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps for DLT capabilities, data models, APIs, and integration solutions in partnership with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Own client and internal integrations, ensuring solutions meet high standards for scalability, data quality, connectivity, and performance.
• Partner with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve competing priorities, and manage strategic implementations.
• Mentor team members while driving strong product practices, stakeholder alignment, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, asset management, alternative investments, or another highly technical environment.
• Strong technical product background with experience across APIs, data models, integrations, data validation, and SQL/data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements, user stories, technical solutions, and executable product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including experience partnering with engineering teams, clients, and senior executives while managing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and problem-solving ability, with a track record of driving complex, ambiguous initiatives through successful delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
