Job summary

Superblocks, based in New York City, seeks a product manager to own the roadmap for AI agent capabilities and guide how builders create, govern, and scale AI agents across organizations. You will work in a fast feedback loop with customers and engineers to shape a category-defining product from the ground up.

You will translate complex technical trade-offs into customer value, collaborate with enterprise clients, and drive the product from concept to shipping at scale in a fully in-person NYC HQ

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping complex technical products.
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML products, preferably with agent frameworks, LLM-powered systems, or developer platforms.
• Strong technical acumen—you can discuss trade-offs with engineers and translate them into customer value.
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially balancing cutting-edge AI capabilities with enterprise requirements.
• You’re all-in and committed to building a generational AI company, beyond a 9 to 5 job.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for AI agent orchestration, governance, and execution.
• Partner closely with engineering to design new agent capabilities (e.g., multi-step reasoning, workflow orchestration, integrations with enterprise systems).
• Work directly with enterprise customers to deeply understand their use cases, pain points, and success criteria.
• Establish metrics for agent performance, trust, and reliability and use them to drive continuous improvement.
• Build frameworks for agent governance, access control, auditability, and compliance that scale with customer needs.
• Drive clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

You will own the roadmap for Superblocks’ AI agent capabilities, defining how builders create, govern, and scale AI agents across their organizations.

Compensation:
