Job summary

VIMO, a market-leading SaaS and AI health insurance platform, is seeking an experienced product manager to translate client and market needs into clear requirements. You will work daily with engineering, operations, support, consulting, and other PMs to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will leverage data to guide priorities, participate in sprint planning, and help shape roadmaps. A CS or Engineering degree is required, MBA/MS a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a product manager designing SaaS software.
  • Experience writing requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to analyze data in decision making and evaluate results.
  • Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with remote teams and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and meeting facilitation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • MBA or MS in a related field is a plus.

  • Ensure the product is designed for ease of use, integration, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, operations, support, consulting, and other product managers – appreciating the diverse mix of teammates who make things happen.
  • Understand and negotiate technical implementation options with engineering and make decisions based on business needs.
  • Lead and participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure a steady flow of work to the development team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the strengthening of tools, skills, infrastructure, and process improvements required to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in roadmap development, planning activities, support, and release management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to developers, support, and clients.
