Job description

Seeking a Product Manager with 4+ years of end-to-end healthcare product lifecycle experience, from discovery and strategy through delivery and launch, focused on provider data, EDI enrollment, and payer enrollment solutions. Must ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAQH, and X12 standards while driving adoption in an Agile iterative environment.

Must Haves / Mandatory

• 4+ yrs of healthcare product management with full cycle ownership and practical hands on
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, CAQH, X12; payer enrollment workflows; healthcare data exchange.
• Hands-on with EDI transactions.
• Proven strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and business case development.

Nice to Have / Preferred

• IT startup / early-stage / high-growth; curious, adaptive self starter; cross functional (Ops /Product / Engineering); distills complex info for diverse audiences; process-driven continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration (Ops, Product, Engineering, GTM).Ability to present complex info to diverse audiences; process orientation.
