Job summary

Zakipoint Health is seeking a motivated Product Manager to join our core team. You will bridge clients and technical teams, driving solutions that deliver measurable value for payers, providers, and patients.

You will own product lifecycles from ideation to PRD, collaborate across engineering, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing, and stay focused on user feedback to create patient-centered, data-driven features that improve care navigation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management or related field.
• Healthcare data analytics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of self-funded insurance/TPA landscape preferred.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to prototyping and PRD creation.
• Partner with engineering, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure delivery and alignment with goals.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to identify pain points, test concepts, and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision using healthcare data analytics and user behavior insights.

The Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Product Manager to join our core team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams, driving the development of solutions that bring tangible value to our partners.

• Product Execution: Lead end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation to prototyping / write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), overseeing sprints and priorities through delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, operations, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Client Discovery: Be obsessed with user feedback. Talk directly with clients and stakeholders to understand pain points, test concepts, and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Strategic Execution: Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision, continually refining features based on healthcare data analytics and user behavior.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of working experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related field.
• Healthcare Domain (Preferred): Experience in health tech, specifically working with claims data, healthcare data analytics, and care navigation.
• Industry Knowledge (Preferred): A strong understanding of the self-funded insurance space, the TPA landscape, and the overarching patient experience.
• Product Development Process Knowledge: Knowledge of the intricacies of the product development life cycle, and what makes a product truly successful.
