Job summary

Kipu Health is seeking a Product Manager to drive the behavioral health platform roadmap, bridging design, engineering, operations and commercial teams. You will lead discovery, translate insights into requirements, and guide launches that deliver value for providers and patients.

You’ll own the backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery excellence from discovery through release. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about healthcare technology and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management, ideally in SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Experience owning a product backlog and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep empathy for users and strong discovery skills.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.

You will serve as the connective tissue between design, engineering, operations, and commercial teams—delivering solutions that are loved by users and aligned with strategic goals. You’ll lead discovery, guide development, and shape launches that drive measurable value for providers and patients.

What You'll Do

Strategic Direction:
