Xforia Global Talent & Technology Solutions is seeking a product manager with 3-5 years of experience in enterprise tools and retail technology to drive product strategy and delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage backlogs, define integrations, and leverage data to inform prioritization and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, clear communication of dependencies, and delivering connected workflows across systems.

Formación

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise tools, operations platforms, integrations, workflow systems, or retail technology.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across business, technical, vendor, and field teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas, dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Experience in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint execution.
• Experience defining or delivering integrations, APIs, data exchanges, or connected workflows is strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making to prioritize work.
• Familiarity with store systems, workflow management, task management, or retail operations is a strong plus.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
