Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc is seeking a Technical Product Manager for an onsite role in Irving, TX. The position focuses on defining and delivering enterprise products with strong emphasis on integrations, APIs, and data platforms.

You will translate business strategy into scalable product requirements, manage backlogs, and guide cross-functional delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring data-driven decisions and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • MBA or master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Experience defining user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process flows for complex enterprise products.
  • Experience owning or supporting system integrations, middleware, APIs, data platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of data flows across disparate systems, including source-to-target mapping, data transformations, validation, error handling, reconciliation, and downstream impacts.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across business, product, engineering, and technical teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working as a Product Manager in Agile or Scrum environments, including backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data, reporting, and KPIs to prioritize work and measure outcomes.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable product and system requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integration architecture, data contracts, interface definitions, and technical constraints without needing to be the system developer.
  • 5+ years of experience translating business strategy into digital products and platform capabilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field

  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs, batch or event-based data exchanges, data mapping, or data quality management.
  • Experience with Trustwell or similar quality, compliance, supplier, product, or operational management platforms.
  • Experience defining application configurations, roles and permissions, reporting requirements, and workflow designs.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise architecture, data, security, QA, and integration teams.
