Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks a product leader to define and execute strategies for digital and Salesforce platforms, aligning with market trends and business objectives.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, drive end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and optimize offerings based on data and feedback. You will act as a Salesforce PM expert, guiding configuration and integration while championing Agile practices and clear communication with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in digital and/or Salesforce product environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform including requirements gathering, configuration, and user adoption.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence skills across cross-functional teams.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
