We are an international mobile product company based in Cyprus and building high-performing apps and games since 2019. Our distributed team of 50+ talented professionals works globally to create products used by thousands of users worldwide. We operate in two key directions: game&non-game products available on 3 platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore. Our portfolio includes 15+ mobile games and 10+ utility apps. We combine data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform, grow, and lead in their categories.

Today the core focus is on utility apps - practical, in-demand applications designed for a mass audience and consistent market demand. We’ve released more than 10 utility apps including photo editor filters, widgets&icons changers, pedometers, calorie trackers, smart counters. Our products are available across the Apple ecosystem (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch) - allowing us to reach users seamlessly across devices.

Cleverside is looking for a Product Manager to take our utilities to the next level focusing on growth, user engagement and monetization.

What to expect in this position:

• Take ownership of our existing utility tools, driving product growth and profitability;
• Refinement of an existing product to improve the quality and stability (based on data and collected feedback from users, and colleagues);
• Features prioritization and assessment of their potential impact on revenue and engagement;
• Evaluation of implemented features, comparison of planned and predicted results;
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize functionality and user experience;
• Communication with the product development team, setting tasks and monitoring of the implementation;
• Develop requirements, ensuring their completeness and accuracy;
• Prepare reports and roadmap with clear KPIs for management;
• Identify new opportunities to monetize existing features.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, ideally with user-facing tools or utilities
• Strong understanding of software development principles;
• Understanding and practical experience in writing product documentation - GDD, Confluence;
• Knowledge and understanding of key product metrics;
• Proven track record of using data to drive product decisions, experience with analytical systems;
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to improve user engagement and revenue;
• Ability to spot opportunities for feature monetization and growth.
