The Product Manager will take ownership of product development initiatives from concept through commercialization and will play a critical role in expanding their portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and design through development, implementation, and production launch.
• Manage the engineering team’s efforts related to new product design, development, and release.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and resource plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Implement structured product development methodologies, ensuring projects meet key criteria at each stage.
• Solicit, analyze, and integrate feedback from internal stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Present product updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal integration between mechanical and electrical systems.
• Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product development and project implementation through structured review processes (concept → development → implementation).
• Strong understanding of motor control systems — preferably DC motor control under 2 horsepower.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and the Microsoft Suite, including Project.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, a creative mindset, and a track record of taking initiative.
• Experience in access control, automation, consumer electronics, or related electromechanical industries.
