Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Product Manager to partner with the Senior IT Product Manager and cross-functional teams to define HR and financial system requirements.

You will translate business needs into functional and technical specs, apply SDLC and Agile methods, collaborate with developers, architects, and external vendors, and help drive HR/Finance automation initiatives with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Product Management.
• Experience with HR Technology (HCM, HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and/or Financial Systems.
• Professional services experience is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the Senior IT Product Manager, building relationships with Legal Recruiting, Development, HR/Benefits, and Finance.
• Elicit, document and translate specifications on applications for the departments.
• Translate specifications into functional and technical requirements, using SDLC and Agile methodologies between the Custom Development and Packaged Solutions teams.
• Act as a business IT driver in the HR application space, focusing on performance review systems.
• Play a key role in business process automation related to HR/Finance applications.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication, and collaborate with developers, architects and external vendors.

Job description

Title: Product Manager Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12-18 Months Contract Rate: $Open/hr.

Responsibilities

• The role of the Product Manager is to work hand in hand with the Senior IT Product Manager, building relationships with the various teams, including but not limited to Legal Recruiting and Development, HR/Benefits, and Finance.
• The role will work closely with mid - senior level management and general business users, to elicit, document and translate specifications on applications for the departments.
• This individual will translate the specifications into functional and technical requirements, utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, working between the Custom Development and Packaged Solutions teams.
• This position will operate as a business/practice IT driver primarily in the Human Resources application space, focusing on performance review systems
• This individual will likely also play a key role in various business process automation efforts related to the HR/Finance applications
• Thus, the applicant should have strong communication skills, verbal and written, be an active listener, possess excellent technical documentation skills and have experience in working with developers, architects and external vendors.
