Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Orlando, Tuesday & Wednesday onsite

To offer the best entertainment experiences, their technology teams focus on continued innovation and utilization of cutting edge technology.

Product Portfolio: You will work with a combination of web and mobile products servicing guests and internal stakeholders.

Compensation: $50–75/hr

What You'll Do
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical/SaaS products and platforms, including integration of business capabilities, technical currency, UX currency, security, and compliance.
  • Requirements Definition & Execution: Map user journeys for internal and external personas, collect and analyze feedback from errors, analytics, sales data, customer feedback, and operations, track usage patterns and friction points, and work with engineering teams to define, document, and refine technical requirements such as APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, performance, caching, and configuration schemas.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, leadership, and other product managers across multiple verticals.
  • Execution & Delivery: Own key product KPIs, drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, prioritization, planning, retrospectives, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demos, and other ad‑hoc meetings.
  • Technical Leadership & Innovation: Utilize collaboration tools, identify opportunities for automation, system efficiency, and improved developer experience across CICD and test delivery pipelines, and keep teams aligned on customer needs and product updates.
  • Key Deliverables & Success Metrics: Advance the API economy by reducing duplicate services, drive adoption of modern APIs, document system functionalities, and meet defined success metrics.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in product management building reservation management and/or ecommerce products and services, or 3 years of technical product management plus 3 years of relevant engineering, data science, or analytic science experience.
  • Strong technical background: Understanding of software development, cloud platforms (AWS), containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher), APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, Node.JS), microservices, relational (Oracle, MariaDB) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data architectures.
  • Agile & SAFe expertise: Hands‑on experience leading Agile teams, working in Scrum/Kanban, and familiarity with SAFe methodologies.
  • Analytical & data‑driven mindset: Ability to use data (KPIs, analytics, monitoring and alerting) to drive decision‑making.
  • Tool proficiency: JIRA, SQL, API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger), cloud services, and analytics tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or infrastructure products; background in AI/ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, or data engineering; leading cross‑functional platform teams; familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements (SOX, PCI/PII, SOC2, GDPR); relevant technical certifications.
