Product Manager - Secure Payments & Digital Products

Greater Boston | Onsite near Dedham, MA

I'm working with a long-established global business operating across payments, secure technology, digital identity and manufacturing.

They're investing heavily in Product, Engineering and AI and are now looking to add a Product Manager to the team in Boston.

The Role

You'll help shape and deliver products across areas such as:

• Secure payments and card issuance
• Digital authentication and identity
• AI-enabled products and workflows

You'll work closely with customers to understand the problems they're trying to solve, then partner with Engineering, UX, Operations and Sales to turn those needs into products.

You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle - discovery, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, launch and ongoing improvement.

The Right Person

They're looking for someone who can genuinely own a product area and work well across both technical and commercial teams.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Product Management experience within SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce or digital products
• Experience taking customer-facing products from idea through launch
• Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and prioritizing product roadmaps
• Confidence working closely with engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to work in an environment where not everything is already defined
• A real interest in AI and how it can be used within products and product development

Experience within payments, card issuance, authentication, identity or financial services would be a big plus, but isn't essential.

Location

This is an onsite role in the Greater Boston area, near Dedham, MA.
