SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a PRODUCT MANAGER to support a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Product Manager to support the Mission Management Office (MMO) in planning, coordinating, and optimizing a diverse portfolio of defense programs and products. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource management, risk and opportunity assessment, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring. The role involves advising on multi-year roadmaps, tracking cost, schedule, and performance metrics, supporting funding documentation, and promoting continuous improvement through Agile and process enhancement methods. Ideal candidates will have experience aligning with DoD, DAF, AFMC, and AFRL objectives.

Essential Job Functions

1. Support strategic planning for programs, products, and enterprise alignment.
2. Coordinate execution across cross-functional teams and initiatives.
3. Assist with resource allocation and budget planning, including UFRs.
4. Identify risks and opportunities via market research, IR&D, SBIR, and stakeholder input.
5. Engage with stakeholders and represent the MMO in meetings.
6. Monitor performance using KPIs and assess contractor execution.
7. Drive continuous improvement through Agile retrospectives and process reviews.

Minimum Position Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Program Management).
2. 7-10 years of relevant experience.
