We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a consumer-focused product line, owning the full product lifecycle from roadmap development to delivery. This role partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and support to define product vision, prioritize customer needs, and ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and customer focus, with accountability for achieving revenue, margin, and market share goals while aligning initiatives with overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insight & Market Research: Act as the voice of the customer by leading consumer and dealer research to inform strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. Conduct regular industry, market, and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Product Strategy & Growth: Drive long-range planning, P&L management, and annual operating plans while monitoring performance and recommending corrective actions when needed.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, including product performance reviews, rationalization decisions, and customer-focused portfolio assessments.
  • New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and align on product roadmaps. Serve as the customer advocate during development, ensuring requirements are met and value is maximized.
  • Commercialization & Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and accessories, including pricing, promotions, and adoption tactics. Partner with sales and marketing to execute launch plans that drive growth targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines, supporting sales, operations, and engineering teams. Lead development of tools, training, collateral, and presentations to support business development and customer engagement.
