Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Data Products & MarTech in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. The position focuses on building data-driven B2C experiences, leveraging data to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and business teams to discover, define, and deliver data-centric features. Prior experience in AI/GenAI tools and modern cloud data platforms is a plus for solving

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated Data Product Management experience.
• Experience within a B2C MarTech/customer-data environment.
• Strong product discovery and stakeholder-engagement experience.
• Experience using data to drive product decisions and validate hypotheses.
• Strong analytical and data-literacy skills.
• Ability to personally investigate data and data-quality issues.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to understand queries and interpret results. Advanced SQL development is not required.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI/GenAI tools in day-to-day work.
• Experience partnering across Product, Data, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Data Platform/CDP or Customer 360 experience.
• Loyalty, campaign, offer/promotion, segmentation, or personalization experience.
• Snowflake or another modern cloud data platform.
• Enterprise-scale B2C experience.
• Experience solving systemic customer or marketing data-quality issues.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake AI, Atlassian AI, or similar enterprise AI solutions.
