Qualifications

• 3-8 years of product management experience with developer-focused products.

About The Role

The Product Manager will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a cloud-based developer platform spanning APIs, event-driven services, observability, and deployment workflows. The role translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements that engineering teams can build and measure. This role matters because platform reliability and developer experience directly influence how quickly customers ship software. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer teams to prioritize investments, define success metrics, and deliver capabilities used by technical users at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for core platform capabilities, including APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and developer tooling
• Translate customer problems and technical constraints into detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and measurable release outcomes
• Partner with engineering leads to evaluate architecture tradeoffs across REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability
• Use product analytics, SQL, customer interviews, support data, and experimentation to identify opportunities and measure adoption, activation, retention, and operational impact
• Drive end-to-end delivery in Jira, Linear, or comparable tools by managing scope, dependencies, risks, launch readiness, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate beta programs and launches with engineering, design, documentation, solutions engineering, sales, and customer success teams
• Establish feedback loops and operating metrics using tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or equivalent analytics platforms

What We Are Looking For

• 3-8 years of experience in product management, with experience owning software products used by developers, technical operators, or enterprise teams
• Demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch, adoption measurement, and iterative improvement in an Agile or continuous-delivery environment
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, SQL, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, distributed systems concepts, and software development lifecycles
• Experience writing precise product requirements and collaborating with engineering teams on technical tradeoffs, dependencies, testing, observability, and release planning
• Proficiency with product analytics and delivery tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, Jira, Linear, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field; equivalent technical product experience is also considered
• Bonus: Experience with developer platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, API monetization, data products, platform-as-a-service, or AI/ML infrastructure
