Job summary

WEG is seeking a Product Management Support Specialist in Duluth, GA to assist with the lifecycle management of low-voltage motor products. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and service teams to ensure accurate data, pricing, and availability while supporting product launches and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product support, product management, manufacturing, technical sales, application engineering, customer service, or a related industrial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business engineering, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and organize technical and commercial information.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in the lifecycle management of low-voltage motor products.
• Maintain accurate product data, technical specifications, configurations, pricing, and availability.
• Assist with product launches, updates, discontinuations, and engineering changes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering on lead times, configurations, and production needs.
• Research market trends, customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry developments related to low-voltage motors.
• Prepare product summaries, comparisons, presentations, training materials, and internal communications.
• Support catalogs, datasheets, selection guides, online content, and other materials.
• Review product information for accuracy across catalogs, systems, websites, and tools.
• Assist Sales, Customer Service, Application Engineering, and distributors with product-related questions and requests.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements based on requirements.
• Support pricing reviews, profitability analysis, and business-case prep.
• Track product performance, sales activity, and inventory KPIs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and responsiveness.
