WEG Electric Corp. seeks a Product Management Support Specialist for the Low Voltage Motors department in Duluth, GA. You will help manage product data, support launches and pricing, and coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, sales, and service teams to ensure accurate information and effective commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business engineering, marketing, supply chain, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in product support, product management, manufacturing, or a related industrial environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Managers in lifecycle management of low-voltage motor products.
• Maintain product data, specifications, configurations, pricing, and info in systems.
• Assist with product launches, updates, discontinuations, and changes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering on availability and lead times.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Prepare product summaries, tools, presentations, and training materials.
• Develop and maintain product catalogs, datasheets, and online content.
• Review product information for accuracy and consistency across tools.
• Assist Sales, Customer Service, and distributors with product questions.
• Support pricing reviews, profitability analysis, and business cases.
• Track product performance, sales activity, and inventory considerations.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and follow up on actions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
