Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, PM or related field; PMP/PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project management processes in a customer-facing environment.
• Develop and execute project and program plans with objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams have needed tools and support.
• Guide, support and motivate project teams to meet objectives.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and manage expectations.
• Maintain dashboards for senior leadership, prepare materials, and manage risks/issues.
• Monitor budgets, expenses and financial resources; report on performance and opportunities.
