Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing software products from concept to launch in relevant sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and requirements management.
• Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, marketing, finance, legal, and operational teams.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, or related technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance and adjust roadmaps accordingly.
• Lead product communications, launch plans, and adoption efforts with marketing and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate assigned team members and resources.
