Job summary

Under the Senior Manager of Digital Enablement, you will lead discovery, prioritize requirements, and guide agile delivery while coordinating with marketing for product launches and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, AI-enabled products, or digital business solutions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development practices, and requirements management.
• Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance; make roadmap recommendations based on feedback and objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams for launch plans and adoption strategies.
• Lead, coach, and support team members; coordinate workloads for high-quality delivery.
