CDM Smith is seeking a Product Management Lead to drive digital transformation within the Business Technology team. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for innovative digital solutions, while translating business needs into actionable outcomes for development teams.

Working closely with stakeholders and product owners, you will ensure products deliver measurable value, manage risks, and support go-to-market activities and user adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing software products from concept through launch, preferably supporting AEC, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or technology-enabled professional services organizations.
• Experience leading discovery activities, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize opportunities, and make strategic tradeoff decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile software development practices, and requirements management.
• Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

• Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
