Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Conduct user interviews to map and document flows and dependencies influencing engineering decisions.
• Use product tools to gather insights, track progress, and make data-driven decisions while learning key platforms used in product practices.
• Build an understanding of the product life cycle rhythm and create a log of future development work.
• Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement projects.
• Compile, analyze, and track operational data and metrics.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MIS strongly preferred.
• Rising juniors and seniors prioritized as this internship is a potential talent pipeline for future full-time roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis in a business environment.
• Strong and effective organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple work assignments and lead projects effectively.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Pendo, B360, and Salesforce.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $23-30 per hour, varying based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
