Job summary

UKG is offering a Product Management Internship for Summer 2027 in a hybrid on-site role, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm EST. You will work on cross-functional product teams within our HR platform, learning through mentorship and real-world projects that impact customers.

Responsibilities include user interviews, gathering insights, tracking metrics, and supporting product lifecycle activities while you develop skills for future full-time roles.

Product Management Internship: Summer 2027

Program Dates: May 17, 2027- August 6, 2027

To be eligible for this program you must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be on site 3 days per week. This is a full-time role Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm EST.

About the Product Management Track:

As an intern in our Product Management track, you will work in various aspects of a global HR organization and gain experience working cross functionally. Responsibilities could include:

• Conducting user interviews to map/document flows and dependencies which influence engineering decisions
• Use product tools to gather insights, track progress, and make data-driven decisions while learning key platforms used in our product practices.
• You will build an understanding of the rhythm of product life cycle while creating a log of future development work
• Contribute to efficiency and process enhancement projects
• Compile, analyze and track operational data/metrics

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or MIS strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• We prioritize rising juniors and seniors for this internship program as we view it as a potential talent pipeline for future full-time roles within our organization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
• The ability to draw conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis given a business environment
• Strong and effective organizational skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments and lead projects
• Familiarity with office productivity tools
• Experience with tools such as jira, pendo, b360, salesforce

USA Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this position is $23-30/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
