Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking an enthusiastic student for a Refuse Vehicles Internship to build foundational knowledge of our product line and understand the competitive landscape. You will work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance teams to support strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, project involvement in product strategy, and the ability to adapt to different business units and locations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree for the duration of the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to learn new programs quickly.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Student working toward a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field for the entire duration of the internship.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 - $37.00 per hour, determined by role scope, experience, education, and skills.
