Job summary

Patreon is seeking a Product Management Intern in the US, with roles based in San Francisco or New York and a hybrid in-office requirement. You will work with product teams to shape features for creators and fans, collaborating with design, engineering, and data science to learn the full lifecycle of product development.

You will help analyze metrics, participate in planning and reviews, and gain hands-on experience turning user insights into actionable opportunities during a 12-week summer

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical or business field.
Curious and resourceful with an interest in consumer products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data.

Responsibilities

Support definition and execution of new product features and improvements.
Contribute to ideation, definition, and roadmap discussions.
Collaborate with design to define user experiences meeting creator and fan needs.
Analyze product metrics to uncover trends and inform decisions.
Shadow user interviews and synthesize insights into opportunities.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product reviews.
