Job summary

Patreon is seeking Product Management Interns for a 12-week summer program in San Francisco or New York, with a hybrid model requiring in-office presence twice weekly. Open to students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, the role offers exposure to end-to-end product development alongside experienced teams.

You will help define features, participate in roadmap discussions, and analyze metrics to guide decisions, while shadowing user interviews and collaborating across design,

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in CS, engineering, business, economics, or a related technical field.
• Curious, resourceful, and eager to solve real-world customer problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the definition and execution of new product features and improvements.
• Contribute to ideation, product definition, and roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with design to define user experiences that meet creator and fan needs.
• Analyze product metrics to uncover trends and inform product decisions.
• Shadow user interviews and help synthesize insights into actionable opportunities.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product reviews alongside your team.
