Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a Product Management Intern to support the execution of digital products and to translate business needs into well-defined problems and deliverables. Under the guidance of a Product Manager, you will contribute across the product lifecycle with emphasis on discovery support, backlog hygiene, documentation, and operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field and seeking hands-on product management experience.
• Familiarity with creating lightweight product artifacts such as PRDs, journey maps, and release notes.

Responsibilities

• Support problem discovery by gathering and synthesizing stakeholder and user input.
• Organize data to help confirm the problem before moving to solutions.
• Draft feature descriptions, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog organization.
• Produce lightweight product artifacts and assist in creating journey maps and release notes.
• Coordinate communication and validation steps for releases with training notes and stakeholder updates.
• Monitor product adoption and performance using dashboards and defined KPIs.
• Summarize trends for the PM and suggest continuous improvements.
• Schedule and support working sessions, capture notes, and keep teams aligned.
• Draft status updates and simple change explanations for internal users.
