Ulteig is seeking a Product Management Intern to assist in discovering problems, framing requirements, and supporting product delivery across the lifecycle. You will contribute to backlog hygiene, lightweight artifacts, and release coordination while learning from a Product Manager.

The role emphasizes discovery support, documentation, and operations, with opportunities to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Interest or exposure to digital transformation, product management, or agile practices.
• Comfort documenting requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
• Collaborative mindset with accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support problem discovery and gather stakeholder/internal user input.
• Draft feature descriptions and acceptance criteria under PM guidance.
• Help maintain backlog organization and release documentation.
• Assist in creating lightweight product artifacts and journey maps.
• Coordinate basic communication for releases and updates.
