Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with an interest in product management.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map advisor workflows to identify process improvements and better UX.
• Evaluate adoption metrics and recommend enhancements to engagement and efficiency.
• Create and update product docs, guides, and training materials.
• Support backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect triage.
• Collaborate with product, tech, design, and business teams on initiatives.
• Participate in demos, testing, feedback, and continuous improvement.
