Job summary

  • Evaluate adoption metrics and recommend enhancements to engagement and efficiency.
  • Create and update product docs, guides, and training materials.
  • Support backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect triage.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, design, and business teams on initiatives.
  • Participate in demos, testing, feedback, and continuous improvement.

They are strong communicators who can translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. With a foundation in data analysis and problem-solving, they are comfortable leveraging data to inform recommendations and support product decision-making.Responsibilities:Analyze and map advisor workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced user experiences (e.g., client onboarding, account management, portfolio rebalancing).Evaluate product and feature adoption metrics, uncover insights, and recommend enhancements that improve advisor engagement and efficiency.Create, update, and refine product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support advisor understanding and adoption.Assist with product delivery activities, including backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria creation, and defect triage.Collaborate with product managers, technology teams, designers, and business stakeholders to support product initiatives and ongoing enhancements.Participate in product demos, testing activities, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement efforts.Conduct research and analysis to support product strategy, roadmap planning, and operational decision-making.What are we looking for?We’re looking for strong collaborators who deliver exceptional client experiences and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
