Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. invites an ambitious student or early-career professional to join our team in a role supporting technology and business initiatives. You will help plan, document, and govern projects while collaborating with product managers, analysts, and stakeholders.

You will create BRDs, user stories, process maps, and dashboards; participate in agile ceremonies; assist in testing and UAT; and explore AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a relevant degree as listed in the requirements.
• Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting functional needs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or traditional PM methods is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and governance across tech and business initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support design and implementation.
• Assist in tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
