Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, TX seeks an Associate, External Product Specialists to support product and marketing analytics. You will analyze customer behavior, run tests, and build reporting to guide product decisions and growth of savings products.

You will collaborate across teams, develop segmentation, and create dashboards to monitor KPIs and impact of campaigns, while leveraging data science techniques to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in a data-focused field with relevant analytics experience
• Ability to synthesize and present insights to senior leadership
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, C, Scala, Alteryx, C++, or Presto
• Experience developing data visualizations via Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with large data sets and Big Data tools including SQL or Hadoop
• Recommendations to enhance data processes within Oracle, Sybase, or Snowflake
• Customer segmentation and applying ML techniques (regression, classification, clustering, NLP)

Responsibilities

• Synthesize and present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards to track KPIs
• Analyze customer preferences and market activity to inform product features
• Lead analytics strategy and data infrastructure to drive growth and engagement
