Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management, Acquisitions Well-Managed to shape digital experiences for our customers. You’ll translate business needs into features, break epics into user stories, and own roadmaps in an agile environment with designers, data scientists and engineers.

You’ll collaborate across teams to define acceptance criteria, run hypothesis-driven analyses, and influence stakeholders while delivering safe, scalable product platforms that support regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields (design, agile delivery, data science, software engineering).
• 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech teams to define acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature design.
• Break down epics into features and user stories, guiding the team toward MVP for feature tests.
• Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps and ensure processes are followed to manage risk.
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and SMEs to build cutting edge solutions for customers.
