Job summary

The Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a Product Coordinator to support daily sales, purchasing, inventory, and operations, ensuring products move smoothly from supplier to customer. You will liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to manage orders and maintain data integrity across systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years in product coordination, customer service, inside sales support, purchasing, operations, inventory, logistics, or related role.
• Experience processing customer orders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, inventory, or purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including pricing, product details, and shipping.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Coordinate product returns and RMAs; ensure timely resolution.
• Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with pricing updates and new product setup in company systems.
• Source products from approved vendors and manage purchase orders.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve service and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, backorders, and shipping schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
