Job summary

Spirit Leatherworks, a Will Leather Goods Company in Eugene, Oregon, seeks a Product Line Coordinator/Planner-Analyst to oversee Nike Accessories. Qualifications

3–5 years in product development, merchandise planning, allocation, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, forecasting, and data modeling.
Familiarity with planning platforms (JDA, SAP, Oracle Retail, Tableau) is a plus.
Experience with licensed product management and wholesale channels preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage seasonal product line plans, calendars, assortments, and product data.
Coordinate uploads, approvals, and trademark submissions through Nike Brand Comply and Anaqua.
Track samples for sales meetings, photography, and retail launches.
Support line sheets, pricing, delivery proposals, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
Forecast demand by category, style, and SKU; adjust forecasts as needed.
Monitor inventory, recommend reorders, markdowns, and reallocations.
Analyze sales, inventory, and performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
