Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in product creation, merchandising, or brand marketing.
• Drives the product vision across the full value chain, from concept to market.
• Confident storyteller that clearly communicates vision and strategy to key stakeholders.
• Serves as a collaborative teammate and mentor, fostering excellence within the team.
• Identifies problems and opportunities from consumer insights as well as process and operations, proactively offering solutions to drive business forward.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to innovate across product, process and tools.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%

Responsibilities

• Lead and own all aspects of the product creation process for headwear and socks.
• Create and communicate seasonal product strategies and briefs to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Development, and Global teams through line planning to final approval.
• Translate athlete/consumer insights into market-leading product solutions.
• Manage timelines, data, and tools to ensure profitability, quality, and innovation.
• Present to Product Management and Merchandising partners at Global and Geo levels.
