Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC is seeking a Product Line Manager for our Westford, MA location. You will deliver product and market intelligence to expand market share for assigned product ranges, defining pricing and promotion strategies.

The role supports a hybrid in-office/remote schedule for eligible employees. Responsibilities include guiding the product lifecycle, collaborating with sales, marketing, and partners, and driving profitability while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product development.
• Optical networking or telecommunications product knowledge.
• Experience in a matrix and global environment.
• Travel up to ~20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategy for assigned product ranges.
• Champion and evangelize the product line vision to stakeholders.
• Manage product life cycle and profitability within portfolio constraints.
• Lead input to product development, market requirements, and target segments.
• Coordinate training, content, processes, and tools for sales teams across buyers’ journey.
• Own new product introductions and post-launch performance.
