Job summary

AFL is seeking a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) - Substation to lead product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle for fiber optic substation ranges. You will drive market intelligence, define roadmaps, and coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize profitability.

You will partner with global teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing product performance while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8+ years in product management, product marketing, development, or related roles.
• Experience within a matrix environment is important.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• Experience in electric utility, substation, T&D, or power infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and execute strategy for assigned fiber optic substation ranges.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with strategic goals and customer priorities.
• Lead pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to translate market feedback into requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support launches and adoption.
• Lead teams in a matrix/global environment and ensure quality/compliance.
