Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC is seeking a Product Line Manager (PLM) to join the Data Center team. The PLM will deliver product and market intelligence to grow market share and profitability, working within the product line strategy and roadmap.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and support to align execution behind the product plan and cross-functional collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, science, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product marketing, product development, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the short-term, tactical plan for assigned product range to achieve market performance goals.
• Contributes to the product line roadmap with market evidence and communicates priorities to relevant participants and stakeholders.
• Manages the product range life cycle and makes investment, repositioning, harvest, or retirement decisions.
• Supports product launches, pricing, promotion, and go-to-market activities to drive adoption and sales results.
